The mobile milk cooler features a forced-air cooling system and is designed to accommodate (16) crates with dual-sided stainless steel drop front and hold-open flip-up lids. It is equipped with locks for security and maintains a temperature range of 33-38°F. The exterior is constructed from stainless steel, while the interior and floor are made of 300 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. The cooler includes (3) heavy-duty floor racks for efficient organization, as well as a digital thermometer for monitoring internal temperatures. It is mounted on 4" castors for mobility, although the casters are not factory installed. The unit is powered by a 1/2 horsepower compressor, operates at 115V/60/1-Phase, and has a NEMA 5-15P plug with a current draw of 10.4 amps.
