The Leviton OSFOA-W fixture-mounted offset adapter accessory is designed for use with OSFHU and features a three-position design to enhance the field-of-view for deep body fixtures. This offset adapter allows for the sensor to be positioned below the fixture body and easily snaps into a 1/2-inch knockout on the end of the industrial fixture for secure attachment. The OSFOA is constructed from two pieces of plastic and includes a provided lock-nut for installation into the fixture's knockout.
