The one-piece top, including sink, is molded from polyolefin, a material known for its easy cleaning properties, excellent chemical resistance, and high impact resistance that minimizes glassware breakage. The low temperature strength of polyolefin prevents cracking, even when exposed to dry ice. The design features a long grooved sloping counter that directs all liquids toward a centrally located sink, which measures 24.5 inches wide by 18.5 inches deep by 14 inches high. The unit is equipped with a hot and cold water mixing faucet for convenience. The cabinet bases are made from hardwood with oak veneers and come with locks for security. Each outer cabinet is designed with one adjustable shelf, while the cleanup sink is outfitted with pulls, locks, and rubber base molding for enhanced functionality and safety.
