The Securall® 18'W x 8' x 8' 4H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, with a capacity for 32 drums. This building features FM approval and meets EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it ideal for use by golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. Constructed with corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel, the building is designed to withstand tornadoes and hurricanes, incorporating interlocking wall panels for enhanced strength and durability. Standard features include two dust-proof interior lights with a switch, a vapor-resistant exterior light with photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with a weatherproof cover, R-11 insulation in both walls and ceiling, and three tiers of shelving with raised edges for secondary containment. The building also has double wall, welded construction with three airspaces, exterior walls made of 12-gauge galvannealed steel, and interior walls of 20-gauge cold roll. It includes a 5' wide x 6' 8" high double door equipped with a UL classified commercial-grade keyed lockset, a 12-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, and heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction. Additionally, it features bolt-down plates with 7/8" diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing, inlet vents for natural ventilation with fire dampers if it is a fire-rated building, and a load center rated for 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R. The building is equipped with hazard labeling including a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs, finished with a two-part aliphatic polyurethane, and complies with NFPA Code 30. It is factory mutual approved, with UL listed accessories, and the electrical installation adheres to the NEC 2008 and 2011 editions. The appropriate building type is determined by the materials being stored or dispensed, with flammable liquids classified as IA or IB requiring stringent storage solutions.
