The Securall® 42'W x 8' x 8' 4H agri chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, accommodating up to 80 drums. This building and its features are FM approved, compliant with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, and ideal for use by golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. Key attributes include corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel construction, tornado and hurricane-resistant walls, and interlocking wall panels for enhanced strength and durability. Standard features consist of two dust-proof interior lights with a switch, one vapor-resistant exterior light with a photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with a weatherproof cover, R-11 insulation in the walls and ceiling, and three tiers of shelving with raised edges for secondary containment. The structure has double wall, welded construction with 3 inches of airspace, and is equipped with 12-gauge galvannealed steel exterior walls and 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. Access is provided through a 5' W x 6' 8H double door with a UL classified commercial-grade keyed lockset, along with a 12-gauge steel sump and removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring. Heavy gauge forklift channels enhance mobility, while bolt-down plates ensure stability with 7/8 diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing. Additional features include inlet vents for natural ventilation with fire dampers (if applicable) and a load center rated at 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R. The building is finished with a two-part aliphatic polyurethane and complies with NFPA Code 30, with factory mutual approval and UL listed accessories. Electrical installations are carried out according to the NEC 2008 and 2011 editions. The designated type of building is determined by the nature of the materials stored or dispensed, particularly for flammable liquids categorized as Class IA and Class IB.
