The galvanized steel floor grating upgrade features a floor load capacity of 250 PSF and includes slip-resistant planking that is 13 inches wide and made from 12 gauge galvanized steel, equipped with raised perforated buttons and debossed holes protruding downwards for enhanced safety. This floor planking is specifically designed to provide maximum corrosion resistance, particularly above sump areas, and is engineered to sustain a minimum uniformly distributed load of 250 pounds per square foot. Both the floor planking and supports are removable, allowing for easy sump cleaning in the event of a spill. Customized building options and additional accessories are available for purchase alongside the building for manufacturer installation, and it is important to note that the building may require state approval; therefore, it is advisable to check with local authorities, such as the fire marshal, to determine if state approval and/or state seal are necessary.
