The Securall® 7'W x 5'D x 8' 4H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, featuring a capacity for six drums. This building is FM approved and complies with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it ideal for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. Key attributes include corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel construction; tornado and hurricane resistant walls; and interlocking wall panels for enhanced strength and durability. Standard features encompass a dust-proof interior light with switch, a vapor-resistant exterior light with photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with weatherproof cover, and R-11 insulation in walls and ceiling. The building also includes three tiers of shelving with raised edges for secondary containment, a double wall welded construction, and three inches of airspace throughout. The exterior walls are constructed of 16-gauge galvannealed steel while the interior features 20-gauge cold roll steel. Access is provided by a 3' 6W x 5' 3H door equipped with a UL classified commercial grade keyed lockset. Additional features include a 16-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction, and bolt-down plates (4) with 7/8 diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing. The building is outfitted with inlet vents for natural ventilation, fire dampers for fire-rated buildings, and a load center rated at 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R. Hazard labeling, including a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs, is also provided. The exterior finish consists of a two-part aliphatic polyurethane, ensuring durability and compliance with NFPA Code 30. The factory mutual approval and UL listed accessories, along with electrical installations that adhere to NEC 2008 and 2011 editions, further enhance the building's safety and compliance. The construction of the building is dictated by the materials being stored or dispensed, particularly for flammable liquids in Class IA and Class IB categories, which necessitate specific storage solutions.
