The Securall® 7'W x 9'D x 8' 4"H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, accommodating up to 12 drums. This unit is FM approved and meets EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it ideal for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. It features robust construction with corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel, tornado and hurricane resistant walls, and interlocking wall panels that ensure superior strength and durability. Standard specifications include a dust-proof interior light with switch, vapor-resistant exterior light with photocell, a GFCI duplex receptacle with weatherproof cover, and R-11 insulation in the walls and ceiling. The building is designed with double wall welded construction, providing 3 inches of airspace, and has exterior walls made of 16-gauge galvannealed steel along with 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. It includes a 3' 6"W x 5' 3"H door equipped with a UL classified commercial-grade keyed lockset, a 16-gauge steel sump, and removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring. Heavy gauge forklift channels allow for easy access, while bolt-down plates (4) with 7/8 inch diameter holes provide options for wind and seismic bracing. Inlet vents enable natural ventilation and fire dampers are included if required for fire-rated buildings. The electrical load center operates at 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R, and hazard labeling incorporates a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs. The building's finish consists of a two-part aliphatic polyurethane, compliant with NFPA Code 30. Factory mutual approval and UL listed accessories ensure quality, and electrical installations comply with NEC 2008 and 2011 editions.
