The Securall® 10'W x 8'D x 8' 4"H agri-chemical storage building is designed for the safe storage of turf management chemicals, accommodating up to 16 drums. This building is FM approved and complies with EPA and OSHA standards for hazardous chemical storage, making it ideal for golf courses, landscape contractors, and greenhouses. It features corrosion-resistant, galvannealed steel construction with tornado and hurricane-resistant walls, interlocking wall panels for enhanced strength and durability, a dust-proof interior light with a switch (2), a vapor-resistant exterior light with a photocell (1), a GFCI duplex receptacle with weatherproof cover, R-11 insulation in walls and ceiling, and three tiers of shelving with raised edges for secondary containment. The building boasts double wall, welded construction with 3 inches of airspace, 12-gauge galvannealed steel exterior walls, and 20-gauge cold roll interior walls. It includes one 5' W x 6' 8"H double door equipped with a UL classified commercial-grade keyed lockset, a 12-gauge steel sump, removable galvanized steel safety plank flooring, heavy gauge forklift channels with open-end construction, and four bolt-down plates with 7/8 diameter holes for wind and seismic bracing. The inlet vents provide natural ventilation and are equipped with fire dampers if the building is fire-rated. The electrical load center operates at 120/240 volts single phase, NEMA 3R, and hazard labeling includes a DOT placard holder and NFPA 704 rating signs. The finish features a two-part aliphatic polyurethane, and the building complies with NFPA Code 30 and is factory mutual approved, with UL listed accessories. Additionally, the electrical installation adheres to the NEC 2008 and 2011 editions. The appropriate building type is dictated by the materials stored or dispensed, particularly for flammable liquids classified as Class IA and Class IB.
