It is important to note that the building may require state approval; therefore, it is recommended to check with local authorities, such as the fire marshal, to determine if state approval and/or a state seal are necessary. Additional charges and lead times may apply, and approval drawings must be signed by the customer and returned to the vendor for each order when adding accessories to a building. These structures are built to order, making them non-returnable, and a dock is required for delivery.
