The Versa Food Bars™ serving buffet is designed for cold food service, measuring 72" x 36" (standard) and accommodating various size food pans up to 6". It can be cooled with optional Camchillers® or Cold Fest® and features double-wall polyethylene construction for enhanced insulation. The unit includes molded-in handles for easy maneuverability and a threaded faucet drain for efficient drainage. It is non-electrical and is equipped with (4) 6" swivel casters with brakes for stability and mobility. The product is available in Kentucky Green and is made to order, meeting NSF certification standards.
