The Versa Food Bars™ serving buffet is designed for cold food display with dimensions of 72" x 29" (low) and accommodates various size food pans up to 6". It features optional cooling options such as Camchillers® or Cold Fest®. Constructed from double-wall polyethylene, the unit includes molded-in handles for easy maneuverability and a threaded faucet drain for convenient maintenance. The buffet is non-electrical and is equipped with (4) 6" swivel casters with brakes for stability and mobility. It is available in hot red, made to order, and holds NSF certification for food safety compliance.
