The Versa Food Bars™ serving buffet for cold food measures 72" x 29" (low) and is designed to accommodate various size food pans up to 6". It is cooled with optional Camchillers® or Cold Fest® and constructed from double-wall polyethylene. The unit features molded-in handles for easy mobility and a threaded faucet drain for efficient drainage. This non-electrical buffet is equipped with four 6" swivel casters with brakes for added stability and maneuverability. The product is available in Kentucky Green and is made to order. It holds NSF certification, ensuring it meets stringent public health standards.
