The Ultra Camcart® is a heated food pan carrier designed for efficient transport and storage, featuring a front-loading design with a double wall poly shell and foam insulation for superior heat retention. It accommodates a variety of GN 1/1 pan capacities, including (24) 2-1/2" deep, (16) 4" deep, (12) 6" deep, or (8) 8" deep pans. Key attributes include molded-in handles for easy maneuverability, a robust nylon latch, and a vent cap for steam release. The carrier comes equipped with (2) swivel and (2) fixed 6" casters, one of which has a brake for secure positioning. It operates at 220V/60/1-Ph with a power output of 506 watts at 2.3 amps, utilizing a CEE7/7 plug. The unit is certified by NSF for compliance with food safety standards.
