The touch-free pull down surface mounted roll towel dispenser is designed for sanitary use in high traffic areas, constructed from durable plastic with a translucent cover that complements any decor. It accommodates 8" wide rolls with a maximum diameter of 8", as well as a 3-1/2" stub roll featuring automatic transfer. This dispenser efficiently dispenses 12" lengths of economical, non-perforated universal roll paper towels, requiring only 1-4/5 lbs. of pull force for operation. The locking cabinet includes both removable and permanent keys for security. The overall dimensions of the dispenser are 12-1/2"W x 9-1/2"D x 15-1/2"H.
