The Sprayon LU210 food grade silicone lubricant, packaged in a 12 oz. aerosol can (S00210000), is a colorless, odorless, low-viscosity lubricant composed of a 5% silicone formula, making it compatible with most surfaces. This lubricant is specifically designed for use in environments close to food, where the contamination from petroleum products and other organics is a concern. It holds NSF Reg. No. 115089 and is H1 rated, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. The lubricant prevents sticking without transferring to end products and meets FDA regulations when applied at levels no greater than 1 ppm. It exhibits excellent compatibility with delicate surfaces such as styrene or urethane and remains effective across a wide temperature range of -40°F to 450°F, while also providing high water repellency. The aerosol can is equipped with a spray-anyway valve and an extension tube for versatile application. Recommended uses include slides, guide rails, knives, slicers, saws, grinders, dough mixers, guards, conveyors, food racks, ovens, bottling machines, and heat sealing equipment, making it suitable for all food and drug processing applications.
