Sprayon LU727 High-Performance Wet Lubricant comes in a 9.25 oz. aerosol can (S00727000) and is designed as a clean, non-oily, non-staining lubricant that operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°F to +572°F. This versatile dry lubricant dries quickly to a white film, indicating proper coverage, and is composed of a chemically inert formula that does not contain silicone or chlorinated solvents. It features an extremely low static coefficient of friction (0.02 to 0.04), making it suitable for applications involving low speeds and light loads. The product exhibits excellent anti-stick properties, making it an effective release agent for die casts and injection molds. It is recommended for use on metal extrusions, munitions, locks and catches, window guides, synthetic fibers, machine parts, cord, twine or rope, leather drawers, hinges, paper, glass, elastomers, and certain plastics. Additionally, it is suitable for use as a release agent on conveyor belts, chutes and slides, industrial blenders, tanks, bins, and spray booths, while also resisting most solvents.
