Wilton Aluminum Magnefix jaw caps are designed to enhance clamping efficiency for uneven workpieces, featuring a model A construction made from a durable aluminum alloy. Each cap includes six grooves to accommodate the irregularities of various workpieces, with deeper V-grooves ensuring a more secure grip on round objects. These jaw caps not only facilitate stable clamping in temporary work-holding systems but also protect the vise jaws and the workpiece from marring and distortion during clamping applications. The caps are constructed from hardened aluminum alloy and are equipped with two built-in circular permanent magnets on the backside, allowing them to adhere securely to the vise.
