Jet® bolt cutters incorporate high-carbon alloy tool steel jaws designed for cutting concrete-reinforcing rods, medium tensile and soft bolts, rods, rivets, bars, and chains. The all steel handles with rubber grips are angled to provide maximum leverage, significantly reducing operator fatigue. These bolt cutters are certified to comply with federal specification no. GGG-C-740D type II. The high strength steel jaws allow for cutting materials up to a 40 Rockwell hardness, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications.
