The San Jamar Rotissi-Glove is specifically designed for use in rotisserie pits, offering excellent hand protection and great dexterity. Constructed with Neoprene® rubber, the glove can withstand heat protection up to 500°F (260°C) for 15 seconds, ensuring safety against liquid, grease, and heat. The interior features a cotton-flocked lining for added comfort, and the glove is USDA accepted and easy to clean, as it rinses clean. The kit includes a pair of gloves, and it is available in a one size fits all option.
