The wings are knurled to provide a sure grip and are offset from the centerline, allowing for greater twisting leverage. Its square-wire plated spring instantly adjusts to the shape and size of the splice, ensuring a secure connection. The flame-retardant properties of the product resist heat distortion up to 105 °C (221 °F), and the high-dielectric shell has a deep skirt design that prevents exposure of bare wire. This product is intended for copper-to-copper connections only.
