This disconnect switch is designed for use with an enclosure and features a handle that mounts to the door while the switch is DIN-rail (rear) mounted. The system includes a coupling that prevents the enclosure from being opened while the switch is in the on position. Merz disconnect switches, known for their quality and reliability, are UL certified and are available in models ranging from 16 amp to 125 amp, making them suitable for both residential and industrial applications. The switches come in front (panel) mounting, center mounting, and DIN rail mounting varieties, with a selection of handles available. Additional poles and accessories are offered separately, but please note that the enclosure and extension rod are not included.
