The Shepherd® Bassick® Prism stainless steel rigid caster features a 4" diameter and is constructed from polished 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. This caster is equipped with Eagle urethane wheels and has a high-temp swivel seal as a standard feature. The legs are fully welded to both the inside and outside of the ball cup, providing a robust connection. To enhance longevity, grease zerks are included on both the wheel bearing and swivel raceway. The caster incorporates a 5/8" nut/bolt kingpin, which adds to its durability, particularly when transporting uneven loads. It is ideally suited for applications that require frequent washdowns or are exposed to cleaning agents, steam, or caustic solutions, making it a practical choice for food service equipment, animal cages, pharmaceuticals, laundry trucks, hospital beds, and stock carts.
