The Shepherd® Bassick® Prism stainless steel total lock swivel caster features a 4" diameter and is made from polished 304 stainless steel, designed for high performance in demanding environments. This caster includes high-temperature swivel seals as standard and has legs that are fully welded to both the inside and outside of the ball cup, ensuring a solid connection. To enhance durability, it is equipped with grease zerks on both the wheel bearing and swivel raceway, which helps maintain caster life. The 5/8" nut/bolt kingpin further adds to its robustness when transporting uneven loads. This caster is ideal for applications requiring frequent washdowns or where cleaning agents, steam, or caustic solutions are used, making it suitable for food service equipment, animal cages, pharmaceuticals, laundry trucks, hospital beds, and stock carts.
