The Shepherd® Bassick® Prism stainless steel total lock swivel caster features a 6" diameter and is constructed from polished 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It incorporates a high-temperature swivel seal as a standard feature, while the legs are fully welded to both the inside and outside of the ball cup for a secure connection. Designed with grease zerks on both the wheel bearing and swivel raceway, this caster helps maintain its longevity. The 5/8" nut/bolt kingpin provides additional durability, making it suitable for transporting uneven loads. This caster is ideal for applications requiring frequent washdowns or where exposure to cleaning agents, steam, or caustic solutions occurs. It can be effectively used in food service equipment, animal cages, pharmaceuticals, laundry trucks, hospital beds, and stock carts.
