The material dumping kit is designed for controlled dumping of materials from boxes, crates, and various types of containers, featuring a lowered height of only 1/2" for easy pallet truck loading and unloading. It is equipped with a retaining bar compatible with 24", 30", and 36" high containers, with the option to contact the factory for other hold-down bar heights. The unit offers a maximum rotation of 135° and a dump angle of 45°, with a full load amperage of 7.8 amps. The hand control includes two buttons for up and down movements, allowing for automatic stop when either button is released. The chute reaches 10" when fully rotated, and the system includes an internal 2HP power unit and handheld control as standard. Protective mesh side screens add safety, and the structure is made of heavy-duty welded steel with a painted blue finish. The system operates on 460 3-phase power and has a product tolerance of +/- ". The kit is compliant with relevant safety certifications.
