It features a full 360-degree swivel capability on the base and is constructed from all-steel materials for durability. The base is equipped with two fixed casters and two swivel locking casters for stability and mobility. The spindles are mounted at an angle, ensuring that wire reels are maintained in the proper payout position. Additionally, the rack is designed to easily roll through standard 36-inch door openings.
