The pizza pan measures 12" in diameter and 11/16" deep, designed as a car pan with a hardcoat finish for durability. This solid car pan is made without a rolled edge, leaving the top edge unfinished, which may be sharp, allowing for easy cutting of dough. Users can place sheet dough over the pan and cut it off with a rolling pin or pie roller.
