The kit is designed for use on suction/discharge hoses in heavy-duty construction and industrial applications. It includes couplings constructed of galvanized steel that are Bauer compatible, providing a longer lifespan. The couplings feature a higher working pressure than typical cam-lock or other quick action couplers, along with 30% socket flexibility in all directions, allowing the pump and hose to operate without needing to be perfectly aligned. Additionally, these couplings have no threads, which decreases setup time and facilitates easy coupling even in adverse conditions such as snow and mud.
