High speed steel TMX precision straight shank chucking reamers are designed for machine applications, featuring HSS helical flute RHC straight shank with a 45-degree chamfer. This TMX chucking reamer has a cutting diameter of 1/4" and consists of 6 flutes with a flute length of 1-1/2" and an overall length (OAL) of 6". The right hand helix and right hand cut enable a free cutting action, making it an excellent choice for materials that are typically difficult to ream. The 45° entering chamfer facilitates ease of starting, ensuring optimal performance during use.
