Designed for long life, Nova 4-way directional control valves feature a state-of-the-art air valve design utilizing a single bonded rubber spool with finely ground sealing lands that travel only .047" (less than 1/16th of an inch). This economy of movement ensures a long valve life while generating sufficient flow to power a 4" bore cylinder. The valves offer large airflow with dual exhausts, with 1/4" NPTF ports producing an output flow of 57 cubic feet per minute at 100 PSI inlet pressure (CV=1.0). Each output port is equipped with its own exhaust port, allowing for individual exhaust control. A manual override is included as standard for valve actuation without electricity or air to the pilots. Designed for easy repairs, all Nova valves allow for complete replacement of wearing parts in seconds without the need to touch the piping or electrical wiring, requiring only a pair of snap ring pliers and a replacement spool.
