Finally, a production class dual drum sander that is loaded with features. This machine features a 5HP motor to power the twin poly V-belts, providing plenty of power for various sanding projects. It includes dual steel drums coated with hard durometer rubber to assure a flat, mar-free finish. The independently adjustable rear drum allows for easy fine tuning, while a full size cast iron table offers solid support and incorporates four solid jackscrews with chain drive timing to keep it level at all times. The heavy-duty poly conveyor belt ensures a positive grip on the stock, and the 1/4HP feed motor is coupled to a two-speed forward/reverse gearbox that will sand at 8 and 12 surface feet per minute. The heavy steel cabinet guarantees years of vibration-free sanding and offers ample storage space underneath. Additional features include dual dust ports with directional baffles for more efficient dust removal, and a two-speed gearbox for a wide range of sanding applications.
