The Dillon AP Mechanical Dynamometer features a 5" (125 mm) diameter dial with a capacity of 8000 lb x 50 lb. It comes with a rugged ABS plastic carry case that includes die-cut foam inserts for secure storage. The dynamometer is designed to operate across a broad range of capacities and resolutions, making it suitable for various applications. It functions effectively in a wide temperature range of -50 to 140 °F and possesses a large safety factor, ensuring overload protection and longevity. This device does not require batteries for operation, and the selection of dial sizes ensures optimal portability or visibility. With an anti-parallax dial and pointer, it provides accurate readings from any perspective, while the maximum hand retains the peak load point, which can be easily reset. The zero control feature cancels preset loads from the backside, and the high-strength case is designed to resist heavy impacts.
