The Johndow 120 lb. grease system with base - JDL-16C is an air-operated grease delivery system specifically designed for 120 lb. grease containers, featuring a complete fluid transfer pump for efficient grease transfer. This high-pressure system operates at a ratio of 50:1 and includes essential components such as a pump, drum cover, follower plate, an 8 ft. rubber outlet hose, a Z-swivel for easy maneuverability, and a sturdy castor base. The system boasts a heavy-duty control handle, an air inlet pressure range of 70 to 115 psi, and an air inlet connection of 1/4 in. NPT (female). It has an air motor effective diameter of 2.40 in. (63 mm), a maximum pressure capacity of 5,600 psi, and an outlet connection of 1/4 in. NPT (male). The non-corrosive design ensures durability for long-term use.
