Our fixed height steel gantry cranes provide an economical way to lift materials anywhere in a facility, featuring a heavy-duty end frame design with square tubing uprights and channel base for stable lifting and movement. The cranes include non-marking, durable phenolic casters that ensure low rolling resistance and easy mobility, even under load. The design incorporates phenolic wheels that roll smoothly over rough floor surfaces and resist water, oil, and most chemicals. Each fixed height steel gantry crane comes with four position, bolt-on swivel locks, and is pre-engineered for use with powered hoists. The capacity specifications allow for a factor of 15% of the crane's capacity for the hoist and trolley weight, along with an additional 25% for impact, maximizing the crane's capacity use.
