The Arrow ASP-1SC is a speed control muffler designed for use with exhaust ports of air valves, cylinders, and tools to provide precise metering of airflow, effectively controlling the speed of operation while reducing exhaust air noise to acceptable levels. Constructed with a sintered bronze sleeve that incorporates a 40-micron filtration element, this unit ensures complete safety during operation, as the sleeve is securely held in position by an integral shroud. It features a 1" NPT connection and operates at a maximum pressure of 300 PSI, with a temperature range of 35°F to 300°F. The design allows for infinite variation of air flow metering through a linear adjusting screw, which can be locked in place with a lock nut, thus enhancing the efficiency and performance of pneumatic systems.
