The ACI 86 series on-delay timer is designed for multi-range and multi-voltage applications, featuring an 8-pin DPDT configuration. It offers two different time spans with a choice of four distinct timing ranges within each span. The timer's time range is easily set by adjusting the time span switch and multiplier switch on the faceplate, ensuring that the correct timing range is always displayed, which eliminates potential confusion. This timer accommodates a wide input voltage range from 24 VAC/DC to 240 VAC/DC at 50/60 Hz without requiring any wiring changes or DIP switch adjustments. Timing initiates when power is applied to the timer coil, and once the pre-set time delay is reached, the relay contacts will transfer and remain in that state until the timer is reset by removing power to the coil.
