These ESD-safe stacking containers provide optimal product protection with exceptional weight-carrying capability, possessing superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated options. They are designed to resist bending or sagging under heavy loads and can be easily integrated into automated applications. With a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, these ESD-safe conductive products meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The stacking containers maximize space utilization during assembly operations and can be utilized to create mobile work stations. Designed for longevity, FiberStat stacking containers offer complete protection from electrostatic discharge throughout their lifespan, and they can operate effectively within temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C).
