The Molded Fiber Glass Tray 8700005167 ESD Stacking Box measures top overall dimensions of 25-3/4"L x 17-3/4"W x 3"H and is designed for optimal product protection with exceptional weight-carrying capability, showcasing superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products. These ESD-safe stacking containers will not bend or sag under heavy loads, making them suitable for integration into automated applications. They have a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and meet or exceed ANSI/ESD S20.20 standards for ESD protection, ensuring complete protection from electrostatic discharge throughout the life of the product. Designed for optimum space utilization during assembly operations, they can also be used to form mobile workstations. The stacking containers are capable of withstanding temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 - 10.0. They can be easily cleaned in hot water or steam with standard detergents, and optional lids are available for certain models.
