The Molded Fiber Glass Tray 8750005167 ESD Stacking Box features dimensions of 25-3/4"L x 17-3/4"W x 4-1/2"H and is designed for optimal product protection with a superior weight-carrying capability compared to thermoplastic and corrugated products, ensuring they will not bend or sag under heavy loads. These ESD-safe stacking containers have a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and comply with the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. They are engineered to maximize space utilization during assembly operations and can be utilized to create mobile workstations. The Fiberstat stacking containers provide complete protection from electrostatic discharge throughout their lifespan and are suitable for consistent use in temperatures ranging from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C). Additionally, they are resistant to cutting oils, greases, solvents, mild acids, and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 - 10.0. Cleaning is straightforward, as the containers can be easily maintained in hot water or steam with standard detergents. Optional lids are available for certain models.
