The ESD nesting box features top overall dimensions of 6-1/8"L x 4-7/8"W x 2-1/8"H and is designed to provide strong durability and ease of handling while offering complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. These ESD-safe conductive products exhibit a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms and meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. Their superior physical properties surpass those of traditional thermoplastic and corrugated products. The nesting design optimizes space by saving valuable floor and bench areas and facilitates the movement of boxes to work areas. Optional lids are available to ensure full protection from dust and contamination while allowing for stacking. Fibrestat nesting boxes can be used consistently across a temperature range of -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH rating of 3.0 to 10.0. The composite construction of these boxes guarantees high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability.
