The ESD nesting box features top overall dimensions of 9-3/4"L x 6-1/8"W x 4-1/2"H, designed to provide impressive strength, durability, and ease of handling along with complete electrostatic discharge protection for sensitive parts. These ESD-safe conductive products exhibit a surface resistivity of less than 10^5 to 10^6 ohms, and they meet or exceed the ANSI/ESD S20.20 standard for ESD protection. The boxes offer superior physical properties compared to thermoplastic and corrugated alternatives, while their nesting design optimizes floor and bench space and facilitates movement to work areas. Optional lids are available to provide complete product protection from dust and contamination, allowing for stacking. The Fibrestat nesting boxes can withstand temperatures from -60°F to 250°F (-51°C to 121°C) and are resistant to cutting oils, solvents, greases, and mild acids and alkaline solutions within a pH range of 3.0 - 10.0. Additionally, their composite construction ensures high load-carrying capacity and dimensional stability.
