The Hold 'n Fold® collapsible containers are made of wire mesh and have a robust capacity of 4,000 lbs. They leverage the space savings of fold-down baskets alongside the durability of rigid containers, designed to optimize floor space with Steel King's patented Hold 'n Fold design. The sides can be easily lifted into position, and they automatically lock in place for immediate usability. Ideal for inter or intra-plant shipments, these containers help reduce shipping costs when returning empty. Unique to the Hold 'n Fold design is the self-locking feature when folded, eliminating the need for banding. Each container is equipped with half drop gates on both 48" sides for convenient access to contents. They offer a 3:1 space savings when collapsed and feature a rugged standard capacity of 4,000 lbs. The patented mechanism allows for simple operation, while tubular construction enhances the container's rigidity and durability. These stackable containers can be stacked up to six high, even when fully loaded. The dimensions of the containers when collapsed are 48"L x 45"W x 16"H.
