The Sparta® Paddle Scraper is a 36" stainless steel tool designed for general mixing and stirring, featuring a long handle that is ideal for use in vats and large pots. It comes with options for standard nylon blades that can withstand temperatures up to 300°F or soft flexible polyethylene blades rated for up to 150°F, both of which sharpen and contour to meet specific applications with usage. The stainless steel construction is NSF listed and includes chisel point blades and tapered sides for superior scraping action. The heavy-duty threaded stainless steel handles are equipped with plastic grips at both ends and the center to ensure comfort and heat resistance, making the scraper suitable for high-temperature or high-viscosity applications. For lower temperature and viscosity uses, a nylon handle/paddle combination is available. The smooth finished, waterproof construction allows for easy clean-up, while all stainless scrapers feature fully sealed handle construction to prevent bacteria harboring food traps.
