The date indicator on the boxes and lids promotes organized food storage and simplifies inventory management. All sizes stack efficiently for storage and fit standard carts and racks, with a smooth interior surface for easy cleaning. These boxes are dishwasher safe, NSF listed, and compatible with other market boxes for stacking. They are used in catering to store and transport foods, beverages, linens, and supplies, and serve as containers for ice, iced beverages, dough proofing bus boxes, ware washing tubs, or for remote locations. The "lock-tight" lids are reversible and can be used as bun pans or trays.
