Lewisbins ESD-safe vertical box dividers measure 20-1/2"L x 4-13/32"H and are designed to subdivide Lewisbins+ ESD-safe divider boxes, enhancing part protection and preventing part migration. These vertical dividers maximize efficiency and flexibility, and the divider containers feature a molded-in textured divider grid with numbered divider slots for easy insertion. The dividers protect products from part migration and are made from XL conductive material with a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10^4 ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10^5 ohms per square. They are compatible with container models DC3050, DC3060, DC080, and DC3120. The product line also includes dissipative materials: LS material with surface resistance between 1.0 x 10^9 ohms/square and less than 1.0 x 10^12 ohms/square, and SD SMC material with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10^5 ohms/square and 5.0 x 10^9 ohms/square.
