Lewisbins ESD-safe vertical box dividers measure 6-1/2"L x 4-13/32"H and are designed to subdivide Lewisbins+ ESD-safe divider boxes to increase part protection and prevent part migration. These vertical dividers maximize efficiency and flexibility, featuring molded-in "no guess" textured divider grids and numbered divider slots for easy insertion. They protect products from part migration and are made from XL conductive material, compatible with container model DC1050. The XL conductive material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms per square. Additionally, there are dissipative materials available: LS material with surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ and 1.0 x 10¹² ohms per square, and SD SMC material with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms per square.
