LewisBins ESD-safe vertical box dividers measure 20 inches in length and 5-13/32 inches in height, designed to subdivide LewisBins+ ESD-safe divider boxes to enhance part protection and prevent part migration. The vertical dividers maximize efficiency and flexibility, fitting container models DC3060, DC080, and DC3120. The divider containers include a molded-in textured "no guess" divider grid with numbered divider slots for easy insertion. The dividers are made from XL conductive material with a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms per square. Additionally, dissipative materials are available: LS material with surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ and 1.0 x 10¹² ohms per square, and SD SMC material with surface resistivity between 1.0 x 10⁵ and 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms per square.
