Lewisbins ESD-safe vertical box dividers measure 14-13/16"L x 1-29/32"H and are designed to subdivide Lewisbins+ ESD-safe divider boxes to increase part protection and prevent part migration. These vertical dividers maximize efficiency and flexibility, with divider containers featuring a molded-in "no guess" textured divider grid and numbered divider slots for easy insertion. The dividers protect products from part migration and are made from XL conductive material, which has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or a surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms per square. They are compatible with container models DC2025, DC2035, DC2050, DC2060, DC2070, and DC2080. Additional material options include dissipative LS material, which has a surface resistance between 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square and 1.0 x 10¹² ohms/square, and dissipative SD SMC material with a surface resistivity ranging from 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms/square up to 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms/square.
