Lewisbins ESD-safe vertical box dividers measure 15 inches long by 11-5/16 inches high and subdivide LewisBins+ ESD-safe divider boxes to enhance part protection and prevent part migration. These vertical dividers maximize efficiency and flexibility, designed for easy insertion into containers featuring a molded-in textured divider grid and numbered slots for precise placement. They protect products from part migration and are made of XL conductive material, compatible with container model DC3120. The XL conductive material has a surface resistance of less than 1.0 x 10⁴ ohms or a surface resistivity of less than 1.0 x 10⁵ ohms per square. Additional optional materials include dissipative LS material with surface resistance greater than or equal to 1.0 x 10⁹ ohms per square but less than 1.0 x 10¹² ohms per square, and dissipative SD SMC material with surface resistivity ranging from 1.0 x 10⁵ to 5.0 x 10⁹ ohms per square.
